Refund & Returns Policy

Pops’ Custom Workshop

At Pops’ Custom Workshop, we create custom, handcrafted lures and  other custom items. 

All products are carefully inspected before shipping. 

Because many of our items are handcrafted or customized, please note that we only accept

returns for items that are defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect. 

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return.  

All other sales, including custom or personalized items, are final.


Defective or Damaged Items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Provide your order number and photos of the defective item.

Once approved, you will receive a replacement or refund at Pops’ discretion.

All approved returns must be shipped back to us within 30 days of delivery.

 


Non-Returnable Items

Custom, personalized, or discounted items cannot be returned unless defective.  All other sales are final.

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different product, please place a new order.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method. 

Shipping charges are non‑refundable.  Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect. 

We recommend using tracked shipping for returns.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error from Pops’.
