Custom pens are typically completed within 7–14 business days, depending on materials, engraving complexity, and current workload. Specialty or bulk orders may require additional time.
Returns & Defective Items
Custom pens are non-returnable due to personalization
In-stock pens without engraving may be returned only if defective or damaged during shipping
Engraved in-stock pens are treated as custom items and are non-returnable
If your pen arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will repair or replace the item as appropriate.
